Need a filling?

I think this really draws on everyone's fear of the dentist, and half the time, I view my own dentist as a bit of a butcher and madman.
The overall concept is good and it certainly evokes, like I said, the fear of the dentist.
This would be Freddy Kruger if he decided to give the invading dreams a break and became a dentist.
I'm very much into horror photography and that's what drew me in. I'm not completely sure about all the "blood" stains. The darker, to me, looks more realistic but the litter, pinker stains don't.
Looking more closely my only other comment for improving would be the slight movement in the fingers. It distracted me a little but don't take me being picky to heart. It's still a very powerful image.
I'm not sure if your models eyes are edited at all to make them stand out more but they are very piercing and have the certain "crazy" that the whole image screams.
Overall, good a concept and lasting impact.
